I am an adult psychiatry resident physician at Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital, with clinical and scholarly work rooted in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic traditions. I believe in the power of the therapeutic alliance and the holding environment to help guide patients toward understanding their symptoms and their healing.
I have received numerous grants and authored peer-reviewed publications in medical education, addiction care, and psychodynamic approaches to patient and family engagement. My interests include child and adolescent psychiatry, psychedelic medicine, and pursuing advanced training in psychoanalysis.
